Powder spray gun operator — Cambridgeshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Cambridgeshire, England. You will work on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
