Now hiring: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Amherst County, Virginia. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. You will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
