Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Franklin County, Texas. You will work at an automobile body shop. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium On a typical shift you will strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
