Great opportunity: we are hiring a window glazier in North Slope Borough, Alaska. Your main tasks: • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square Requirements: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
