The role involves: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
