On a typical shift you will rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; read lift plans and method statements before starting; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings. Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Confident with standard crane hand signals Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
