Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Elkhart County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
