Landscape gardener — Fairbanks North Star Borough

We are recruiting: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska. The role involves: • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn Requirements: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Performance bonus on top of base pay.
