What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
