Requirements: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage The role involves: • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer $8,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
