Join our team: we are hiring a production welder in Oktibbeha County, Mississippi. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety On the job you will handle: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $150 per day, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
