We are recruiting: gantry crane operator (Indiana)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Parke County, Indiana. You will work on a busy construction site. The role involves climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure. What we are looking for: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Current medical and eyesight certificate Pay around $28 per hour, based on your experience.
