Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Greenville County, South Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Performance bonus on top of base pay.
