MIG welder wanted in Kossuth County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG welder in Kossuth County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Part-time with flexible hours.
