Site safety steward • Gibson County, Indiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site safety steward in Gibson County, Indiana. Requirements: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Day to day you will carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
