Day to day you will apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape. Ideal candidate: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Meals and transport allowance provided.
