Great opportunity: site safety steward (Colorado)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site safety steward in Lincoln County, Colorado. You will work at an oil and gas facility. The role involves: • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry Requirements: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
