Abattoir worker — Ibadan North West

Vacancy available: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Ibadan North West, Oyo State. On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
