Ideal candidate: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules The role involves: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules Full-time, day shift.
