Immediate opening: external wall insulation fitter (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Morgan County, Illinois. You will work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters. What we are looking for: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane We offer $17 per hour plus benefits.
