Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete placer in Isoko South, Delta State. Your main tasks: • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms Requirements: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
