We are recruiting: we are hiring a fitter on the line in McCurtain County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
