Join our team: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Kenosha County, Wisconsin. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances The role involves weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
