QC technician • Lawrence County, South Dakota

Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC technician in Lawrence County, South Dakota. The job is at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. The role involves verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing 2+ years on the tools preferred. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
