Elevator repair technician • Amite County, Mississippi

Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Amite County, Mississippi. You will work in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. The role involves: • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Rotating shifts.
