Lift maintenance fitter wanted in Lee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Lee County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear. Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota 2+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided.
