We are recruiting: we are hiring a nursery worker in Oxfordshire, England. You will work in a public park. You will rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules 3+ years on the tools preferred.
