GMAW welder wanted in Montgomery County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Montgomery County, Alabama. The job is on a structural steel site. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test You will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
