Powder coater wanted in Franklin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Franklin County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $19 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
