Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork erector in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Day to day you will read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
