Immediate opening: stainless steel welder (Tennessee)

Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Sumner County, Tennessee. You will be based in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Your main tasks: • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish Requirements: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Full-time, day shift.
