Great opportunity: vertical transportation technician (Minnesota)

Join our team: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Chisago County, Minnesota. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. On a typical shift you will run load and overload tests with test weights; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers. What we are looking for: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
