Vacancy available: we are hiring a smash repairer in Union County, North Carolina. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. Day-to-day duties: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
