Great opportunity: PVC window assembler (New York)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Niagara County, New York. The job is on a window-and-door production line. The role involves fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter. What we are looking for: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
