Urgent requirement: health and safety supervisor (Arkansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Marion County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training On the job you will handle: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $140 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
