Urgent requirement: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Menominee County, Michigan. The role involves: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
