Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Winkler County, Texas. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
