Concrete placer • Tuolumne County, California

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete placer in Tuolumne County, California. You will be based on a road and bridge project. The role involves: • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer You should have: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Full-time, day shift.
