Steel fixing chargehand • Atisbo, Oyo State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Atisbo, Oyo State. Day to day you will place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
