Vacancy available: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Pulaski County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy distribution depot. The role involves secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Valid digital tachograph card At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
