Great opportunity: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Baxter County, Arkansas. You will be based at a busy body shop. Your main tasks: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code You should have: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
