Fabrication workshop technician wanted in Guilford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Guilford County, North Carolina. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Requirements: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) Your main tasks: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it Overtime paid at a premium rate.
