Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 2+ years on the tools preferred. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
