Steel erection rigger • Oneida County, Idaho

Now hiring: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Oneida County, Idaho. You will work at a power plant. You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Confident with standard crane hand signals On the job you will handle: • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
