Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Amador County, California. You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules You will set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
