Urgent requirement: fry cook (Tennessee)

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Hamblen County, Tennessee. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
