Aluminium tig welder wanted in Montgomery County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Montgomery County, Texas. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. Requirements: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height The role involves run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
