Now hiring: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Franklin County, Ohio. You will work on a construction site. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane The role involves: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant Rotating shifts.
