GTAW welder • Callahan County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Callahan County, Texas. The role involves grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. Requirements: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
