Floor care technician • Monroe County, Kentucky

Immediate opening: we are hiring a floor care technician in Monroe County, Kentucky. The job is at a residential apartment complex. Requirements: • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred • Basic English to read labels and cleaning instructions • Fit to stand, bend and lift throughout long shifts The role involves: • Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks and washroom fittings • Damp-wipe kitchen surfaces, hobs and microwaves • Mop up spills and put out wet-floor warning signs • Sweep, mop and vacuum floors across all assigned areas • Spot-clean carpets and lift stains • Strip, scrub and re-polish hard floors with a buffing machine 6+ years on the tools preferred.
